  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed pistachios (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon or cardamom (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix pistachio butter, sugar, and milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, and optional vanilla or spices just until combined.
  3. Top with mini chocolate chips or crushed pistachios if using.
  4. Microwave on high for 60–80 seconds (based on a 1000W microwave).
  5. Check center for doneness and microwave in 10-second increments if needed.
