  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ to ½ cup sweetener (sugar, honey, or maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and mix well.
  4. Stir in flour and sweetener until just combined.
  5. Pour into a greased or lined loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
