  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups self-rising flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
  3. Add eggs and mix until fully combined.
  4. Stir in self-rising flour until just combined—do not overmix.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
